I am a producing Branch Manager at American Pacific Mortgage. I work with all financing types, including investment properties, second homes, FHA, VA, USDA (rural housing). I work with Washington State Housing Finance Commission to offer Down Payment Assistance Programs and Mortgage Credit Certificates. I feel that what sets me apart from the rest of the field is my willingness to take time with my clients to explain their different options and work through the Pro's and Con's. I believe that trust in business is earned, and you simply cannot do that, by treating people as a transaction.
