Thanks for visiting my website. I started in the Mortgage Industry in 2000 as a Loan Processor and left in 2012. I received my bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and went to work in Law Enforcement as a Corrections Officer dealing with juveniles. While on leave from a work injury, I decided to open my laptop and finally finished what I started years ago. I wrote a Mortgage Loan Processing Manual which then stirred up my passion to come back to the mortgage industry in 2020.
I am currently an Operations Manager/Loan Officer in my home office of San Antonio, TX – our Branch office is in Kennesaw, GA. I help lead new Loan Officers and work closely with our Branch Manager on making sure all loans close on time. I have 3 children, Brittni, Sean and Faith – which I’m super proud of!
I enjoy going to work every day because I want to make sure our borrowers are at ease. This can be a stressful yet super exciting experience. When I bought my first home my lender put me at ease, and I’ve always wanted my borrowers to experience the same!
90% of our borrowers are Veterans so I have a lot of expertise in VA loans, but I handle all types of loans. I will not cut corners and I will not send a borrower a pre-approval unless I’m 100% sure their loan will go through. I will send my borrower’s loan to an Underwriter before they go under contract if I’m unsure about a particular credit/income issue.
I have a great team to work with - we communicate every step of the way to ensure the loan is being processed in a timely and efficient manner.
My approach is:
1. Help the borrower understand all the home loan steps.
2. Help the borrower achieve homeownership in the future if they can’t buy now.
3. Close ON TIME!
