I have been involved in residential and commercial lending since 1976 and for the past 20 years I have been a residential loan advisor. At APM we offer in-house conventional, jumbo, FHA and FHA 203K, VA and VA Streamline, USDA Rural, Washington State Home Advantage Program, Reverse Mortgage purchase and refinances, construction, investment property loans, etc. From 2013 through 2022 I received the Five Star Mortgage Professional Award published in the Portland Monthly magazine. Five Star Professional surveyed over 12,300 recent Portland homeowners and less than 5% of all mortgage professionals in the area were selected.
I am married and have two beautiful daughters and two grandchildren. I have volunteered for many non-profit organizations and have been involved in many service projects in our community. I am a Past-President of the Clackamas Sunrise Rotary and the Portland State University Athletic Association.
