Why do I do this and how did I get into it?

Honest answer? I didn't plan any of this.

I didn't grow up dreaming about mortgages. Nobody does. I fell into this industry, the right place, right time kind of thing, and somewhere along the way I realized I was actually good at it. More than that, I realized it mattered.

Here's what I know after years of doing this: most people walk into the homebuying process scared. They've heard horror stories. They think the bank is working against them, the underwriter is out to get them, and the whole system is rigged. I get it. I had no idea how any of this worked either.

That's exactly why I show up the way I do.

No smoke and mirrors. No corporate script. Just straight answers about what's actually happening with your loan and why. You'll never be sitting in the dark wondering if this thing is going to close.

This job has put me in some of the most important moments of people's lives. I don't take that lightly. And I'm not going to pretend I do.

Reverse mortgages are loans offered to homeowners who are 62 or older who have equity in their homes.
