Patricia Boezio is a veteran mortgage professional whose career spans nearly thirty years of leadership in the U.S. financial and housing sectors. Born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, and educated at Curitiba College in Brazil, she brings a global perspective and a deep commitment to expanding homeownership opportunities for underserved communities.

Her professional journey includes influential roles at Wells Fargo, Norwest Mortgage, Homestar Mortgage, and her own brokerage, Abaco Mortgage. Currently serving as Branch Manager at American Pacific Mortgage in Sandy Springs, Patricia is known for her dedication to first-time homebuyers, emerging markets, and financial education.

Throughout her career, Patricia has been a trusted advisor to Georgia’s Latino community, helping thousands of families navigate the path to homeownership. She has served as Honorary Consul of Ecuador in Georgia for 22 years (2000–2022), and has been actively involved with the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Los Niños Primero, a nonprofit focused on empowering Latino families through education.

Her contributions to the field of finance have earned her numerous accolades, including the Wells Fargo Top Producer for Emerging Markets Award (1998), the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia Gold Award (1998), and recognition as the Top Female Entrepreneur by Atlanta Woman Magazine (2005).

Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, Patricia brings cultural fluency and empathy to every client interaction. Outside of work, she is an enthusiastic traveler and dancer and proudly runs the AJC Peachtree Road Race each 4th of July. Patricia shares her life with her wonderful husband, Ron, and remains an active community leader, mother, and a fierce advocate for Latino empowerment across the United States.

Reverse mortgages are loans offered to homeowners who are 62 or older who have equity in their homes.
