Born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, and educated at Curitiba College in Brazil, Patricia Boezio is a seasoned mortgage professional with nearly three decades of experience in the financial industry. She began her career in 1996 in banking and has since become a recognized leader in the U.S. mortgage sector, particularly within Georgia’s Latino community.

Currently serving as Branch Manager at American Pacific Mortgage in Sandy Springs, Patricia is known for her dedication to first-time homebuyers, emerging markets, and financial education. Her career spans leadership roles at Norwest Mortgage, Wells Fargo, Abaco Mortgage (her own brokerage firm), and Homestar Mortgage.

Beyond her professional achievements, Patricia has demonstrated a deep commitment to community service. She served as Honorary Consul of Ecuador in Georgia for 22 years (2000–2022), and has been actively involved with the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Los Niños Primero, a nonprofit focused on empowering Latino families through education.

Patricia shares her life with her husband, Ron, and remains a devoted mother, community leader, and advocate for Latino empowerment.
