About Dave

Thanks for visiting my website. I started in mortgage lending as a loan officer in 1985 in north Orange County. I am currently a Branch Manager for First Class Lending, a division of American Pacific Mortgage in Mission Viejo. I lead a team of loan officers. I graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a Business Degree in Finance, and hold a mortgage license and a Real Estate Brokers License in California. I am a certified coach for Todd Duncan’s High Trust Coaching system and coach loan officers all over the country in helping them reach their goals. I reside with my wife Cindy, in Coto de Caza. We attend Saddleback Church where I serve with the homeless ministry. I am an addicted golfer and enjoy getting out as much as possible.

I enjoy going to work every day because:
- I get to be part of a very important part of my client’s financial life. Since a home is typically the largest asset most people own, the loan they utilize to purchase or refinance can have a tremendous impact on their overall financial picture.
- I have a great team to work with - we communicate every step of the way to ensure the loan is being processed in a timely and efficient manner.

My approach is:
1. Ask questions to find out as much as I can about my clients and their financial goals
2. Present 2 or 3 options that will best meet my clients’ needs.

I pride myself on always getting my loans closed on time and making it as easy as possible on my clients. As a result, virtually all of my business is the result of referrals from past clients, realtors, financial planners, and CPAs. We look forward to working with you!
