I’m a Branch Manager and Loan Officer with American Pacific Mortgage, serving homebuyers across the greater Boise, Idaho area. With over a decade in the mortgage industry, an MBA background, and 10 years as the owner and principal broker of a Coldwell Banker real estate office, I bring a perspective most lenders simply don’t have. I understand both the financing side and the real-world dynamics of buying and selling homes, which helps me guide clients with more clarity and strategy throughout the process.

Reverse mortgages are loans offered to homeowners who are 62 or older who have equity in their homes.
