Tim has lived in the city of Sacramento since 1998. Graduating from Sacramento State in 2001 as team captain of the baseball team, he earned a degree in Business Administration (Strategic Management). Since 2003 he has worked in the Home Finance industry, managing retail branches throughout Sacramento and San Joaquin Counties. Tim and his wife Allison have two sons, Blake and Brady. Tim is an avid sports fan, enjoying football, baseball and basketball. He is also an amateur BBQ and chili cookoff competitor. When he is not helping families find their path to home ownership, you can find Tim enjoying travel, sports, family and friends. As the Sales Manager of the Capital Office at American Pacific Mortgage, Tim has one goal.
