Sheila Moore is a Mortgage Loan Officer with American Pacific Mortgage, serving homebuyers and homeowners throughout Boise, Eagle, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Star, and Idaho's Treasure Valley. With mortgage lending experience dating back to 2002, Sheila specializes in helping first-time homebuyers, FHA and VA borrowers, self-employed individuals, and clients with complex financing needs. She helps buyers explore down payment assistance programs, low-down-payment home loans, and financing solutions tailored to their circumstances. Sheila also assists repeat buyers and homeowners with conventional, USDA, jumbo, and refinancing options.

With more than two decades of hands-on mortgage experience, Sheila is skilled at finding solutions for challenging loan scenarios, analyzing self-employment income and complex tax returns, and anticipating potential underwriting issues before they become obstacles. She works alongside Lynzi Cahoon, Mortgage Loan Officer and Production Partner, as part of the My Mortgage Lady Team at American Pacific Mortgage. As an Idaho native and locally based mortgage professional, Sheila has deep roots in the Boise area and a strong connection to the Treasure Valley housing market. Rather than offering a remote-only lending experience, Sheila and Lynzi provide clients with access to a local mortgage team that understands the communities they serve. They work closely with area real estate professionals and help borrowers navigate everything from traditional home purchases to specialized financing situations, including bank statement loans, investment property financing, manufactured home loans, and bridge financing.

Outside of mortgage lending, Sheila enjoys fitness, snowmobiling, exploring Idaho's outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. She values genuine relationships, straightforward communication, and making the home financing experience as clear and manageable as possible.
