Marty has been with American Pacific Mortgage since 2002 serving in many compliance roles during that time. At the end of 2019 she became Chief Compliance Officer for the organization and is responsible for all Compliance oversight including licensing, advertising compliance, disclosures, state and federal examinations and regulations, privacy, ECOA and HMDA, and fair lending.
In addition to leading the company compliance efforts, Marty collaborates regularly with industry forums, both the National and California Mortgage Banker Associations, and MCPAOA. She also enjoys participating in virtual forums such as the Compliance Insiders podcast where she discusses best practices, as well as how organizations can navigate and implement industry regulations. Marty’s keen expertise and stellar reputation have made her a go-to industry expert both at APM and the mortgage community at large.

- Hobbies: When I'm not at work I am usually watching one of my 3 kids play soccer. I also enjoy live music, concerts, theater and traveling.
