About Adair

Adair Martin is a native of Puerto Rico and fully bilingual in Spanish and English.  He graduated from InterAmerican College and served in the U.S. Army, before the Army brought him to the United States.  Adair has been serving the mortgage needs of  Atlantans for more than 28 years, gaining valuable experience as a top loan originator and winning many awards along the way.  

A longtime member of MBAG, Adair received Platinum and Diamond Awards in 1999, 2000, and 2001.  Adair was further honored by the publication “Mortgage Originator” as a top originator several years in a row, achieving the rank of %5  originator of FHA loans in the USA in the years 2000 and 2001.  Also Achiever's Club member from 1999 to 2022.  Today, Adair is one of the Branch Managers at the Duluth Office with American Pacific Mortgage.  With over 28 years of experience in this industry, he is the mortgage expert known for his support and presence in the Hispanic community.

Adair’s career as a mortgage professional has provided him with many opportunities to have a positive influence not only on his clients but also on the communities he serves.
