At APM, Kevin Lowman oversees APM's Strategic Partnerships Division and serves as Regional Vice President of the Bay Area in California. Having spent more than a decade at APM, the strong platform has allowed Kevin to form strategic partnerships with some of the most recognizable real estate companies in the industry.
Kevin also utilizes APM’s training, technology, development programs, and marketing tools to assist his loan officers, making their jobs and experiences with the customer as easy and stress-free as possible.
A graduate of California State University, Chico (Chico State), Kevin values education and the upcoming generation. This has led him to participate in events like the CMBA Future Leaders. He’s an avid fan of the Buffalo Bills and San Francisco Giants and lives in Folsom, CA with his wife Nikki, daughter Madelynn, and dog Phoebe.
