As the director of recruiting, Kelly leads APM’s expansion efforts nationwide. The recruiting team assists APM branches with growth, as well as adding new production teams to the company. Kelly started her mortgage career in 2001 as a loan officer and quickly became a branch manager, running her own team for several years. In 2005, Kelly was asked to take on a new role leading a recruiting division for the company she was working for. Since that time, Kelly has been leading recruiting teams for mortgage companies across the country.
