Les started in 2019 with APM, though his experience in the mortgage industry spans more than 40 years. During that time he has served as the president and a board member for the Washington Mortgage Lenders. He has also been a board member of the Seattle Mortgage Bankers.

For Les, the mortgage industry is a family affair. He and his wife have worked together in the field for most of their careers.
