As Senior Vice President of APM Production, Jason Ponsonby has a strong passion for teamwork, leadership development, and market & production growth. Jason oversees coaching, recruiting, business development, business planning, and training programs, and prides himself on building strong teams and branches. His focus is to ensure that leaders consistently achieve their professional, financial, personal, and customer service goals.
Jason believes individuals and teams can reach these goals faster by embracing the evolving technology within the mortgage industry. With that in mind, he remains focused on his branch managers and originators, making sure they have the tools and services they need to reach higher levels of success with their referral partners and clients.
When he’s not leading the retail teams, Jason follows all Minnesota sports teams, though his favorite is the NHL’s Minnesota Wild. He also enjoys spending time at his lake cabin with family and friends.
