Lindsay Witter is a growth-driven individual who knows how to help loan officers and branches get off to a great start. With 19 years in the mortgage industry, Lindsay started her career as a closing assistant before becoming a junior loan officer and eventually transitioning to APM’s home office where she helped with the licensing department. That led to her managing both the loan branch and central processing teams where she excelled. Thanks to her hard work and dedication, Lindsay now serves as Director of Integration.

As the Director of Integration, Lindsay heads up the onboarding experience for new branch managers, loan officers and their employees. Having assisted with onboard production for the past 10 years, Lindsay is a natural at it. She makes sure every individual has a seamless transition to APM, and that they have the resources, tools and support at their disposal to shine their brightest.

Lindsay loves live theater and live music. She has been married to her husband for 19 years, and they have two children and a dog. As a family, they enjoy attending her son’s travel baseball games, cheering for the Giants and sampling new restaurants.
