Prior to joining APM, Steve served as CEO of Synergy One Lending, where he led the company through a management buyout and guided its long-term growth strategy. His experience spans sales, operations, technology, and executive leadership, giving him a unique perspective on the opportunities and challenges facing today's mortgage professionals.
