Prateek Khokhar serves as Chief Financial Officer at American Pacific Mortgage, where he leads the company’s financial strategy, operations, and planning. Since joining APM, Prateek has focused on driving financial performance, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the company’s continued growth and stability. He oversees all finance-related functions—including accounting, treasury, payroll, and financial planning & analysis—while partnering closely with leadership to support strategic initiatives and long-term goals.

A recognized industry leader, Prateek has been named one of the National Mortgage Professional Magazine’s Top 40 Most Influential Mortgage Professionals Under 40 and has spoken at numerous Mortgage Bankers Association conferences on profitability, operational sustainability, and technology-driven transformation. Outside of work, Prateek enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and twin daughters, as well as with friends and extended family. He’s an avid sports fan and a movie enthusiast, always ready to catch a good basketball game.
