Marty Allred serves as Chief Compliance Officer at American Pacific Mortgage, bringing more than two decades of experience with the organization. Since joining APM in 2002, she has held multiple compliance roles and, since 2019, has overseen all aspects of regulatory compliance—including licensing, advertising, disclosures, state and federal examinations, privacy, ECOA and HMDA, and fair lending. In recognition of her impact and leadership, Marty was honored as one of HousingWire’s Women of Influence.

Widely respected as an industry expert, Marty actively contributes to national and state-level industry forums, including the Mortgage Bankers Association, the California Mortgage Bankers Association, and MCPAOA. She is a former co-chair of the California MBA’s MQAC Committee and frequently shares her expertise through speaking engagements and virtual forums like the Compliance Insiders podcast. Marty’s deep knowledge and collaborative approach have made her a trusted leader at APM and a sought-after voice within the mortgage compliance community.

Outside of work, Marty enjoys watching her three children play soccer, attending live music and theater, and traveling—especially to her favorite destinations, Belize and Costa Rica.
