Lindsay Witter serves as as Vice President of Strategic Growth at American Pacific Mortgage, where she leads the onboarding experience for new branch managers, loan officers, and their teams. With nearly two decades in the mortgage industry, Lindsay brings a deep understanding of both sales and operations to her role. She ensures every new hire has a smooth, well-supported transition into APM, connecting them with the resources, tools, and guidance they need to succeed from day one.

Since joining APM, Lindsay has held roles in licensing, branch and central processing management, and onboarding production—experience that gives her a 360-degree view of the business and the ability to anticipate and address the needs of new team members. Her dedication and hands-on approach help set the stage for long-term success across the organization.

Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys live theater and music. She and her husband of 19 years have two children and a dog, and they love attending their son’s travel baseball games, cheering for the San Francisco Giants, and exploring new restaurants together.
