Heather Rigano

With over 12 years at American Pacific Mortgage and in the mortgage industry, Heather brings a wealth of experience and deep institutional knowledge to her role as Integration Manager. She oversees the onboarding logistics for new branches and branch employees, ensuring they have everything they need to hit the ground running. From coordinating across departments to managing project timelines, Heather leads each onboarding initiative from start to finish, helping new hires and locations launch smoothly and successfully.

Outside of work, Heather is passionate about the outdoors and believes in the power of movement and nature to recharge and inspire. Whether she’s hiking, backpacking, stand-up paddleboarding, or exploring new destinations, you’ll usually find her outside discovering something new.
