Dustin Block

Dustin Block supports the growth of APM and its branch partners, coast to coast through his role as Vice President of Strategic Growth. Since joining APM in 2013, Dustin has helped the company grow through his roles as Area Manager, Regional Manager, Director, and Managing Director. He now oversees the company’s production recruiting for all models.

Dustin has a passion for recruiting branches, teams, and individuals who embody the entrepreneurial spirit and are eager to evolve with the company. Helping people achieve their growth vision both personally and professionally is a passion and how he supports our branches.

Since entering the mortgage industry in 2001, Dustin has become a top producing loan officer, opened his own brokerage, and helped multiple companies expand into new markets. He graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in business and a concentration in finance.

Dustin lives with his wife Heather, their four children, two dogs, six chickens, a rabbit, and a bird.
