APM Receives Top Mortgage Awards

Roseville, CA — February 28, 2021 — American Pacific Mortgage (APM) recently conducted its semi-annual employee survey of both its home office employees and its branch managers across the country. A Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a method of measuring how willing employees are to recommend their workplace to others and is ultimately driven by employee satisfaction.

The response was overwhelmingly positive, and in fact, the scores received were the highest in the company’s history:

Home office NPS results—92 score
Branch manager NPS results—96 score

These scores affirmed several things that were unknowns when the company moved to a virtual workforce during 2020. First off, it solidifies that all employees are on the same page and that as a company, APM is doing the right things to stay connected. It also affirms that the culture of APM, which the company leadership has worked so hard to build, is thriving.

After such an unpredictable and remarkable 2020, this is the greatest reward of all. APM is grateful and thanks all of their employees who show up every day and work so hard. These scores are a true testament to the people behind the scenes who work every day to make each loan happen. Their commitment to APM and to Creating Experiences That MatterTM makes a difference in every area of the company.
