The promotions of Michael Guidotti to Chief Operating Officer and Lindsay Witter to Vice President of Growth for the West Region reflect APM’s commitment to strengthening its leadership team with experienced, proven leaders who understand producers’ needs and the importance of disciplined execution.
Michael Guidotti Named Chief Operating Officer
Michael Guidotti has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO), bringing more than a decade of experience within APM to the role. Guidotti joined the company in 2012 and has held multiple leadership positions across the organization in both production and operations, developing deep expertise in operational execution, systems, and enterprise alignment.
As COO, Guidotti will oversee day-to-day operations and enterprise-wide efficiency initiatives, with a focus on scalability, consistency, and cross-departmental alignment. His leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that APM’s infrastructure continues to support growth while delivering a strong, consistent experience for branch managers, loan officers, and their teams.

Lindsay Witter Named Vice President of Growth for the West Region
Lindsay Witter has been promoted from Director of Integration and Training to Vice President of Growth for APM. Witter joined APM in 2003 and has held a wide range of roles throughout her tenure, including serving as a loan officer and branch manager. She has built extensive experience in integration, training, and operational support.
In her new role, Witter will lead growth initiatives across the West Region, partnering closely with divisional and branch leaders to support expansion and long-term performance. Her focus will be on helping branches scale efficiently while maintaining operational consistency, cultural alignment, and a strong experience for teams joining APM.
