For many, home ownership is the most important component of achieving the “American Dream.” That was certainly the case for me and my wife.
We moved to North Idaho in 2001 with the goal of building our dream home – a place where we could establish strong roots and raise our two little girls. Since then our family home provided a stable, familiar environment for our daughters as they grew from toddlers to teenagers. And along the way we relied on the value of our home to help us provide for our family and achieve more and more of our dreams.
My career in the mortgage industry is a direct result of my experience as a homeowner and small business owner. I’ve experienced, first-hand, how investing in a home early can pay off in so many ways down the road. Our home has helped my wife and I build our credit, finance businesses, and send our kids to college.
As a Mortgage Specialist with American Pacific Mortgage, I’m determined to help others achieve their dreams. It’s my pleasure to help first-time buyers navigate the uncertain world of homeownership. Having refinanced our largest investment several times, I can show families how to safely and effectively access their home equity. And when the children are grown and gone, I can help turn the “empty nest” into a comfortable retirement.
