Before joining the APM Family, Laurie held the position of Senior Loan Consultant with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage for over 20 years, allowing her to create a retail platform for home lending in the high end mountain resort areas of Colorado and Idaho. Her net-working and concierge service skills have given her the opportunity to co-found and fundraise for many local community projects including Habitat for Humanity, Lions Club, Three C’s and The CDA Holistic Chamber of Commerce. Locally Laurie is an avid animal advocate and volunteers with PAWS Transports saving animals from Kill Shelters and Puppy Mills, fosters animals for Stray Paws Rescue located here in St Louis, and is an active member of the local Board of Realtors.
Laurie grew up in Manhasset, NY where her first career was in the construction industry, renovating some of the majestic Gold Coast mansions on Long Island, thus giving her a strong background that is valuable to the builders she works with, to create a smooth process in new build End Loans. Laurie believes the economy and real estate market is very strong and is encouraged that between the low interest rates and high influx of industry here in Missouri, that APM is a huge asset in providing great customer, realtor and builder experiences.
