success of Big Valley Mortgage and his personal origination team.Kurt also believes
that building relationships is the most important commitment to success that any
salesman, sales team or organization can make.
How did you get into this industry and why do you love it so much?
In 1986 while considering relocating from Houston‚ TX to the Sac area‚,
I responded to an ad for a loan officer. Not having any idea what the job was‚
I inquired and was hired by the next morning. I had my job and a teeny draw‚
so I quit my job in Texas and came back west.
What makes APM so successful?
The key to the success at APM is its people. The folks at APM understand that serving
managers and originators is why they come to work each day. For most managers and
originators, this is a breath of fresh air.
