Kristen Packard instills in her clients a confidence that can only come from extensive experience and multiple perspectives. In her 13 years in the mortgage industry, Kristen has become well-versed in numerous loan programs that serve a broad spectrum of borrowers. Utah Housing, USDA, new construction and Jumbo loans are only a few of her areas of focus. She has worked in multiple operational roles (including time as a closing officer) before becoming a loan officer in 2009.

Kristen primarily serves clients in Davis, Weber and Salt Lake Counties, and knows her markets well. She lives in Farmington, Utah with her husband and two children.

When she is not working hard for her clients, Kristen enjoys spending time with her family. This includes supporting her kids’ sporting events, working out, boating and riding ATV’s. She has also participated in The Road Home, a nonprofit organization that addresses the needs of Utah Families impacted by homelessness.
