Beginning in 1990 Mike West began his career in the mortgage business after selling Real Estate for 3 years… Interest rates were 10-11%, Operation Desert Storm was beginning in Iraq, and we were entering into the great recession of the 90’s.  Fueled by a refinance boom with rates falling from 11% to 8% we had great success early on. As the years went by I quickly learned that what was needed to be successful was strong alliances with liked minded Realtors, Attorneys, Financial and Tax Professionals, and to have great systems in place to help nurture and build those relationships.

Having successfully navigated stormy times in our industry and economy, the West Loan Team at American Pacific Mortgage has become the company of choice for entrepreneurial real estate professionals who recognize that adaptability and tenacity are central to continued success in today’s industry.
