About Marty

WELCOME and thank you so much for visiting my webpage.

I have been a Mortgage Loan Officer for almost 10 years. I got into the Mortgage Lending Industry right before the big economic fallout and I am still here because I absolutely LOVE what I do!
I love to help people realize their homeownership dreams in a way that is helpful, comfortable, easy to understand and honest. There are so many out there who treat you as a dollar sign and I am not one of them. I will find you the best program, with the best rate and scenario for you and your family. I will save you money on closing costs in every possible way.

Need help getting your credit scores raised? I have had years of experience in helping clients to increase their credit scores which helps them in their home financing. I know what works and what doesn’t work in trying to get your scores raised.

I was born and raised in California and I have been a resident of Utah for over 15 years. I am a happily married mother of 4 children and 4 step-children with ages ranging from 23 to 12. My husband, Lee, is a full time member of the Army National Guard as are two of my sons. As a family, we love spending time together at our home in Alpine, in St. George, on the beach in California or on the beaches in Hawaii. We love to Snow Ski, Water Ski, Camp, play Basketball, play Tennis (my personal addiction), go horseback riding, run, dance, hike, Muay Thai fighting (my husband’s addiction) and just plain have fun together. We have three dogs and two horses. Family is important and I know that helping you with your home financing needs is critical for the future needs of your family.

As for me, I have a Bachelor’s Degree from Brigham Young University Idaho in Business Management with Associate’s Degrees in Finance, Fine Arts (French) and Outdoor Recreation Education. Previous to becoming a Mortgage Loan Officer I was an Executive Administrative Assistant, a Microsoft Instructor, and a Web Developer. I grew up in a large family who believed they could accomplish whatever they set their mind to. Even retired, my father teaches large groups of professionals how to increase their wealth, how to write a good resume, how to get hired in any interview, and how to be an outstanding leader in your industry.

My number 1 goal is to make sure you are happy with our service from beginning to end. I have a dedicated team with all in house processing and underwriting at our branch. My best asset is the amazing team that I work with to make your process as seamless as possible.

As a Mortgage Loan Originator, I can offer you a wide variety of personalized loan products to suit your needs. Our goal as a company is to consistently come up with more programs and scenarios to fit the needs of the clients as the industry is continually changing and evolving. We are evolving with it using the latest ideas and technology to continue to grow the company and make things as easy as possible for the clients. Most of your documents and disclosures can be E-signed right from the comfort of your home or on your cell phone. You are automatically sent status updates via email as well as from a mobile app that you can download for free on your cell phone. We also have a My Mortgage app that you can use for the life of your loan to instantly see balance, interest, amortization scenarios, mortgage calculators, etc.
