About Jim


I have been in the real estate industry since 1976. Having started out in the Title Industry, I learned all aspects of closings, and acheived a position as the regional manager. With the desire for a greater challenge I later merged into the Lending Industry, which was a natural transition, due to my wife and partner being an FHA DE underwriter. Taking my management & people skills along with my experience in the market, and the honest principles and ethical practices that myself and my company share, I am confident in assisting in the needs of our customers.

 Personally, I enjoy playing golf as well as traveling to new locations and old favorites. My wife, Laurie, and I have had the opportunity of traveling to many exciting destinations & have enjoyed the people and their culture, including some of the finest gold courses. These are just a few of the places we have visited: Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Nicaragua & the Virgin Islands. We have collected local art from each of our visits and taken away memories of its people and cultures.
