Jeannette Hartmann is the successful sales manager of the Temecula Branch of American Pacific Mortgage since 2001. While many loan officers move from Company to Company, Jeannette has found that her company offers such great options for her clients, that there is no reason to look elsewhere! She is recognized in the community as the go to mortgage lender for both simple and complex mortgages. Her business is built on her repeat clients and their referrals, as well as the many loyal agents that she has worked with for several years.
Starting in the business in 1989, shortly after purchasing her first home, Jeannette wanted to create a different experience then what she had. Part of her process is to make sure that her clients get the right loan and she is passionate about making sure that both her clients and the agents are informed throughout the loan process. To accomplish that, Jeannette utilizes both technology and good old fashion service! She loves to meet with her clients face to face and contacts them weekly with live updates. Not to be left out of the technology age, she encourages clients to start their application online, or even on their mobile app. APM has great technology available and Jeannette fully embraces those tools.
Staying on top of her game is important to Jeannette. In addition to having her NMLS license, she has her Real Estate Brokers license and has earned her designation as a Certified Divorce Lending Specialist. Jeannette is a 15-year Master Grad of The CORE Training, where they coach her to continue to improve her business for her clients on an ongoing basis.
Jeannette is very involved in the community, serving on the board of Habitat for Humanity as well as being a Past President of the Murrieta Rotary Club. She belongs to the Temecula Chamber of Commerce, SRCAR (Board of Realtors) and LeTip of Murrieta, a local networking group. She has found a good mix of business and community service and consistently earns her company’s President Club recognition.
In her free time, Jeannette enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with her adult children and grandkids, reading, scrapbooking and chilling in her own backyard. If you don’t find her there… check the beach!
