    A. We’re looking for branch managers who bring with them production of at least five funded loans each month.
    It is also important to us that the branch manager have strong references and be able to pass our internal
    due diligence process. In short, APM is looking for branch managers who bring a track record of production,
    profitability and compliance.

Q. Is APM a mortgage bank or a mortgage broker?

    A. APM is a mortgage bank; we also have key wholesale lender relationships to ensure that our originators have
    access to those loan products not provided in-house.

     

 

Q. In which states is APM currently expanding?

    A. Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.

     

Q. In which states is APM licensed to originate loans?

    A. Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.

     

 

Q. As an branch manager with APM, would my branch be able to fund FHA loans?

    A. Yes, APM acquires HUD licenses for each branch location.

 

Q. What is the commission split on funded loans?

    A.
