  • How did you get into this industry and why do you love it so much?

    "My parents; both my Mom and Dad sold Real Estate here in the foothills of northern California for years. They were passionate about their client experience and that is now my passion. I truly enjoy helping people find and finance the home of their dreams!."

  • What makes APM so successful?

    "That’s easy; the people! The culture and attitude of both Home Office and the branches they serve make up this unique company. The freedom of choice and collaboration are entrenched here in its spirit."

  • What is the best lesson that you have learned about leadership since being at APM?

    "That a group of successful, independent thinkers can come together for and on behalf of others. For a higher good! That the leadership of APMC is truly focused on our customers’ success."

  • Have you had a mentor (or personal inspiration) since being in the mortgage industry? Who and why?

    "A mantra I live by is “leave a little on the table”. I learned this a long time ago in business and it has stuck with me. I like to play and win; but I leave a little on the table, on every dealing, it has paid dividends."

    "For creating change in others. My passion is helping others reach and achieve their personal and professional goals. For helping brand themselves in their marketplace through technology and resources."
