  • How did you get into this industry and why do you love it so much?

    "I got into this industry quite by accident. My brother referred me to Kurt Reisig and David Mack ten years ago shortly after they incorporated American Pacific Mortgage. I have been here ever since!."

  • What makes APM so successful?

    "It is a combination of several things: first and foremost our people make this company successful; add to that the core values which APMC aspires to, great leadership, a wonderful culture combined with hard work, dedication and fiscal prudence and you end up with a recipe for success!"

  • What is the best lesson that you have learned about leadership since being at APM?

    "Leadership is a journey and requires continual effort to become and sustain being a good leader."

  • Have you had a mentor (or personal inspiration) since being in the mortgage industry? Who and why?

    "I am fortunate to be surrounded by great people. My brother Marc has
    worked with APMC, as an originator, for the last 10 years. I admire his discipline, professionalism, and commitment to his craft. Both Kurt and David have had a tremendous impact on me. They are both great role models and very compassionate human beings. "


  • What would you most like to be remembered for?


    "It is always a challenge to meet the needs of everyone you deal with personally and professionally. In the end, I would like to be remembered for being fair and compassionate."
