What makes APM so successful?
"That’s easy, the people. The best process or system is only as good as the people involved. In all honesty, from the front desk at home office or the front desk in one of the branches right on up to the principles of the organization, APMC has the best people in the country. People who are not just moral and honest, but care about their fellow employees. There are many reasons to do the right thing. APMC employees do the right thing because there is a deep desire and concern for their fellow APM'ers".
- What is the best lesson that you have learned about leadership since being at APM?
"Lead from your heart. What ever is motivating you is visible to those you are trying to lead. Thus, leading with a pure heart for the benefit of the organization will always be received as honorable and worthy of respect. It is the hidden agendas and selfish desires that will damage the ability to lead with greatness".

If you could have dinner with anyone who would you choose and why?
"Richard Nixon. A study of the accomplishments of this world leader clearly shows huge success and Terrible mistakes. Through the good and bad times Nixon said “each day is always a beginning, always a beginning. To have that attitude through out good and bad times is inspiring. I would like to hear Nixon’s thoughts on positive, daily out look, persistence and self sacrifice from a man who left many marks on history – good and bad".

What would you most like to be remembered for?
"The life lesson I learned from my dad: In all things put the Lord first, then your family, then everything else. Being a good father is easy – take the time to be a good father. Always put others needs before your while never being taken advantage of. You could sum it up by; Being a good father, being good husband, being a good friend".
