About Chad


I was born and raised in beautiful Arizona back in the 70's. Most of my family lives here currently, having been originally from New York and Rhode Island. I graduated from the University of Arizona in 1996. I started in the Mortgage Industry in 2002, after a brief stint trading stocks, bonds, options, and mutual funds with Charles Schwab and Prudential Financial. Soon after, I moved on to a position as a Mortgage Originator, so that I could work closely with the Realtor and builder communities. Joining American Pacific Mortgage was an easy choice for me. The company has a wide product selection, very competitive rates, and a reputation for closing loans on time! We have in-house Processing, Underwriting, and Funding. This means that I maintain control throughout the entire transaction, which is critical in this business! This creates the ability to close most government and conventional loans on time!
Being that our rates and fees are very competitive, the one stand out benefit of working with me is communication. I over-communicate with all parties and stay on top of my deals to ensure there will not be any surprises that arise at the 11th hour.
