Job Description for: Loan Processor
Prepare loan submissions received from Loan Officers for Underwriting within APMC or other lending institution. Submit, track, and follow up on all documentation required to close loans.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review submissions for completeness of documentation required for loan approval.
- Prepare/Review Initial Disclosures
- Order FHA Case numbers through FHA Connection
- Submit all eligible files through DU/LP/GUS for automated approval prior to submitting to APMC or other lending institution.
- Point of contact for Loan Officer and/or Borrower
- Obtain and review needed documentation for final approval. Follow up and work with Loan Officer/Borrower through funding on any items needed to close loans.
- Order loan documents
- Ensure all borrowers receive final 1003 and MLDS in escrow prior to signing loan docs.
- Final HUD 1 Review
- Follow through in obtaining broker check and other documentation needed for closing
- Close out files after funding to meet the standards of our Quality Control Department, work on any files with missing documentation or those that may need corrections to make sure that all files meet AMPC standards for Quality Control.
- Conduct weekly pipeline review meetings with Loan Officers
- Maintain current posted turn times and customer service levels
- Develop and maintain current procedures for all functions within the Loan Processor position
- Additional projects as assigned.
Required Skills:

Job Description for: Encompass Support Analyst
An Encompass Support Analyst is responsible for the coordination, resolution, and tracking of end user issues regarding the Encompass software at American Pacific Mortgage. This position will provide the day to day support to all branch Originators and Processors as well as Banking Operations. This position also requires the ability to document all issues and resolutions in a comprehensive and accurate manner.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, empathic, self-motivated and enjoy working with people. Must be able to quickly prioritize issues and find the most appropriate solutions. This position requires self-discipline, follow through, and exceptional communication skills (verbal and written). Ideal candidates will have prior experience with Encompass 360 – Banker’s Edition and have in-depth knowledge in processing, loan origination and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Job Description for: Master Servicing Manager
Oversee the company’s sub-servicer to ensure that all servicing functions are in accordance with the servicing guide of all investors and their interests are always protected.
Specific Job Duties:
- Reconcile the boarding of all loans funded and the de-boarding of all loans sold
- Ensure that all servicing transfers are done in a timely manner
- Act as liaison with the sub-servicer on the reconciliation of all investor reports including remittances
- Set servicing level expectations from our sub-servicer
- Monitor all loss mitigations activities of the sub-servicer
- Establish and implement operating procedures to monitor sub-servicing activities
- Act as liaison with IT to ensure accurate file transfer protocol to and from sub-servicer

Position Summary:
