We’re looking for branch managers who bring with them production of at least five
funded loans each month. It is also important to us that the branch manager have
strong references and be able to pass our internal due diligence. In short, APM is
looking for branch managers who bring a track record of production, profitability and compliance.

Complete the branch manager application; fill it out online, print and fax the application to us, or ask your APM
recruiter to email a copy to you.

Visit our corporate office in Sacramento, CA; spend the day with our team. This is your opportunity to meet with
our leadership team as well as the people who are responsible for supporting you once you are on-board. |

Once your visit to our corporate office is complete, we will review your hiring package, conduct our internal due
diligence and make a final decision. |

Training and Orientation; now that you have joined APM, you are invited to a full day of orientation as well as
numerous other training opportunities to ensure that your transition to APM goes as smoothly as possible.
