Amy Bush - Vice President, Human Resources

Amy provides world-class human resources leadership, direction and consultation to the Leadership Team.  More importantly, she serves as a resource to branches across the country, leveraging her expertise to help guide managers toward success. 

As a strategic leader, she works to ensure that the American Pacific Mortgage vision and mission are realized and that company values are incorporated into all policies and initiatives. Amy actively consults with each branch manager, coaching them from budget creation to policy and strategy development.  Her valuable consulting services ensures successful recruitment and retention of high quality employees. 

Since starting in 2001, Amy has been responsible for streamlining human resources department processes, developed and conducted human resources training for regional staff through on-site meetings and on-line platforms, and leads the company’s community outreach efforts.

Amy received her Bachelor of Science from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo, before completing her Masters Degree in Human Resource Management at Golden Gate University in Sacramento.

Her passion for service extends beyond American Pacific Mortgage, demonstrated by her involvement with Canine Companions for Independence and other charitable and community organizations.
