We have a full HR department that offers benefits to you and your team. One of the unique things about APMC is that we are a Broker and a Banker. We do not mandate where you send your loans, we simply provide you the options you need to make the best choices for your customers. With the volume of business we consistently deliver to our lenders, we are able to secure volume incentives, reduced fees and preferred service from many of the countries top lenders. In addition to the incentives we have with lenders, we have also secured discounts with many of the vendors that you use daily.

As a service minded organization, we constantly ask ourselves what services can we provide to our branches to help them achieve success. We created a Learning Center that provides ongoing learning opportunities for all our branch managers, originators and support teams. These opportunities are delivered both live and remotely via WebEx. Every spring we present our annual Symposium, a three day business conference centered around production and achieving success and fulfillment in your life and your business. APMC has a great Intranet named, The Bridge where you will have access to all of APMC’s tools and resources day and night. The Bridge is the home of “The Loan Guru”, a loan scenario search feature, which will assist you in finding the best home for your loan. APMC is an FHA/VA approved broker. When you partner with us, you will be able to originate Reverse Mortgages and Commercial Loans. You may also operate your branch under your own DBA.
